For sustainability’s sake, some of our titles are on-demand. For UK production, this means that there will be a delay—our printer cites three working days—between the time of your order and the dispatch. Occasionally there are delays due to busy periods that push that wait out a day or two.
There is a longer period for orders produced in the US, usually seven days.
You may receive an automated email saying ‘Order completed’, but this doesn’t mean it’s been delivered. It just means it’s been sent out for delivery, and you should expect it soon.
