Autocade Yearbook returns

Autocade Year of Cars 2025 cover, in rose gold, with an Avatr 12 car.

More pages, greater insight, and a hardcover format for the yearbook covering the car industry’s global trends

What do you do with a car yearbook that had critical acclaim but modest sales? You double-down, increase the page count, and raise the price.
From the Perodua Axia E to a unique Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII, and many models in between, Autocade’s second annual comes in hardcover for the first time (accounting for the price increase), though UK buyers can continue to get free postage included in the £24·99 special sale price.
Autocade Year of Cars 2025 captures the Zeitgeist of the global automotive landscape, guiding readers through this world’s rapid changes, examining significant models, relevant history, design, marketing, and trends for the year ahead.
Topics include the new push for aerodynamics; a guide to Chinese luxury marques; spotlights on the Ford Capri, Renault 4 E-Tech, Lamborghini Temerario and Dodge Charger; a tribute to the late Marcello Gandini with a guide to his production designs; a list of some of today’s designer names; an analysis on Stellantis’s recent strategy; retro ads from Ford; a look back at interesting cars sold during recessions; and whether the US finds itself out of step with the rest of the world’s automotive trends.
Autocade’s editors continue to present thoughtful commentary, beautiful imagery, and detailed research, showcasing automotive bloodlines again, plus a double-page spread charting drag coefficients since the 1930s.
Publisher Jack Yan, who founded the original Autocade website in 2008, said, ‘We had incredibly positive feedback to the 2024 yearbook, from William Woollard and Giles Chapman among others, and our customers said they wanted more of our voice coming through alongside the beautiful imagery. We’ve listened, and we’ve delivered.’
Autocade Year of Cars 2025 is available directly from the publisher at Libriz and is printed in the UK.
